Wilbur “Rex Rampage” Bertrand (150 points)
As a teenager, Wilbur Bertrand was a loser. He didn’t have any friends, didn’t apply himself, and was bullied relentlessly. Part of it was because he was a short, scrawny nerd. The rest was because he was a bitter little incel.
So he joined the Army to make him a man. Because he’s that guy. His natural aptitude for vehicles landed him in armor, where he drove a LAV. Sergeant Bertrand’s tendency to go in hot and hard with guns blazing earned him the callsign “Rampage” in short order. “Rampage” had a promising career until he was dishonorably discharged after an incident on the Louisiana border. Nobody could prove there was any wrongdoing, but everybody knew.
After the Army, he tried working private security and as a gunner for a trucking company, but his personality defects kept him from holding a job for more than a few months. Thus, Wilbur – now calling himself “Rex Rampage” because he’s that guy – turned to the only job left for someone like him – he became a duelist and mercenary.
