4 February: Booze
All across the Alliance, booze comes in bottles and cans. So here we have a few suitable containers. These will eventually get placed on the shelves in our bar. From left to right: wine bottle, beer can, tallboy, longneck beer bottle, square booze bottle.
5 February: Glasses
Speaking of booze, while drinking straight from the bottle is considered normal on Halcyon, it’s frowned upon in more formal settings. So I made a selection of glasses. From left to right, you have an American pint (16oz) glass, a Collins glass, a 1oz shot glass, and a highball and lowball glass.
6 February: Bowls
From left to right, we have a green glass bowl for nuts and the like, a white plastic soup or salad bowl, and a wooden serving bowl.
7 February: Plates
I only made two plates, a standard dinner plate and a smaller snack plate or saucer. They’re both white plastic extrusions.
8 February: Utensilry
Eating with your hands is a time-honored activity on Halcyon, but our bar is a classy joint. So I mase a standard please setting – a fork, salad fork, spoon, teaspoon, and a table knife and steak knife.
9 February: Candlestick
The dining room scene needed something to make it less sterile. After a little Deep Thought, I realized candlelight was perfect for the formal table setting. It’s a brass candlestick with a wax candle.
10 February: Bar
Some patrons are only there for one or two things: drinking and the monkey fights. For those patrons, the bar exists. It’s a fairly standard 13’ bar, likely handmade by the owner or one of his buddies. It has a bar surface, lower preparation area behind the bar surface, and some shelves.
