Tech-Priest Flavia Zee
Flavia Zee is a Tech-Priest from one of the Lathe worlds. Beyond that, the rest of the cell doesn’t know much about her. Unlike Sunshine and Thebe, Flavia has no personal connection to Trooper Uriah. She was assigned to the cell by their Inquisitor without any reason given beyond her skills and Mechanicus contacts.
If a power struggle erupts for leadership of the cell, it’ll be Flavia behind it. Karl keeps a close eye on her for exactly this reason.

Notes: I went pretty straightforward here. Aside from using the Forge World option from Rogue Trader, she’s a standard-issue Tech-Priest. Her being assigned rather than tying her background to the cell leader’s was to highlight her specialist nature, distrust between the Imperium in general and the Tech-Priests, and the fact that even the cell leader takes orders from someone.
