Officer Colin Osborne (150 points)
Colin Osborne is a cop in a small city somewhere in Autoduel America. He works har to keep his town safe, and that’s given him a good reputation with the locals.
It’s also given him a bad one with the local criminal element. That’s an understatement, to say the least. At least two biker gangs in the region have put kill orders on him and his partner, and they’re putting some effort into making it happen. Luckily for him, he’s a dangerous man in or outside of his squad car and his department’s mechanics maintain his cruiser pretty well.

Notes: the two Gunner skills allow him to use the machine guns and recoilless rifle on a standard Car Wars police cruiser. I didn’t bother fully equipping him because I just didn’t feel like agonizing over all the options.
