Thebe Severine
Thebe originally hails from a backwater at the edge of the Calixis sector. She lived a boring life of endless filing and cross-checking until she witnessed a Slaaneshi cult ritual in progress. An Inquisition cell arrived moments after her and killed the lot of them before they could finish whatever they were up to, with Thebe killing a cultist with her trusty knife in the fray. After the dust settled, Arbitrator Uriah gave her a simple choice: join their cell as a researcher or be executed for knowing too much.
Needless to say, she joined them. Not only would she live past that day, but she would have a chance to live instead of endless, soul-crushing boredom.
